b-glowing 25% off sale + my picks

b-glowing is a luxury beauty retailer that is having a 25% off sitewide sale from now until 2/22/22 with the code OBSESSION.*

I've really enjoyed shopping at b-glowing for their curated selection. They have selected the best products from each brand to create a sleek and streamlined selection.

Here are my current top 8 picks from the b-glowing sale, a mix of skincare, makeup, and devices.

*Excluded Brands: Augustinus Bader, Dr Dennis Gross, Kosas, Olaplex, Oribe, ReVive Skincare, R+Co Bleu, Sol de Janeiro, and Vintner’s Daughter

Allies of Skin Peptides & Antioxidants Firming Daily Treatment ($115 full price, $86.25 on sale)— Allies of Skin shines when it comes to creating multi-function, one-and-done products. The price point is high, but a product like this one can replace several single-ingredient formulas. This INCI list is chock full of peptides, antioxidants, brighteners, HA, moringa seed extract, and a host of other ingredients under their proprietary 16.5% Repair Complex. Topped with SPF, this is a powerhouse skincare routine packed into one product. For this reason, I love having this around for minimal skincare routines or for travel. It also comes in a squeezy tube with a pump, my favorite kind of packaging.

HOLIFROG Tashmoo Milky Wash ($38 full price, $28.50 on sale) — The cream cleanser that made me fall in love with cream cleansers, this is lightweight, milky cleanser that cleanses without stripping the skin. Some cream cleansers can feel like you’re rubbing lotion all over your face. Not this. I can use this as my only cleanser on no makeup days, or as my second cleanse after an oil cleanser. It hydrates the skin and rinses clean without leaving a filmy feeling on the skin.

Kjaer Weis Cream Blush ($32 full price, $24 on sale) — A classic cream blush formula: not too dewy, not matte, sets to a lovely skin-like finish. This is a great entry level cream blush formula in that it’s not too pigmented, not too intense, while still lending the skin a beautiful lit-from-within flush. This blends out beautifully with fingers, brush, or sponge. Sun Touched is absolutely my kind of shade, a warm beige rose.

Kevyn Aucoin Volume Mascara ($28 full price, $21 on sale)— The most voluminous tubing mascara formula out there, period. Most tubing mascaras tend to be lengthening and quite natural. The Volume Mascara builds a voluminous, fluttery, feathery, uber black lash in no time at all. Still, it comes off as easily as any other tubing mascara: add warm water and the fibers fall away.

NuFACE Trinity ($339 full price, $254.25 on sale) — I’ve been using my NuFACE regularly again this month and I’m remembering how much of a lifted, contoured look this microcurrent device creates with consistent use. Microcurrent helps increase collagen and elastin and boost product penetration. This is a nice step to incorporate into your self-care routine if you’re in your 30s + older, I’d say, as a preventative/maintenance step. As with all devices, consistent use is key.

The Trinity offers convertible attachments that target specific areas of the face. If you're not after specialized results, the NuFACE Mini is a great option and is about $130 cheaper.

Philip Kingsley Bond Builder Split End Remedy ($35 full price, $26.25 on sale) — This has been an excellent protective measure for my bleached and color-treated ends. It’s a clear serum texture that you work through wet hair to help seal and repair broken bonds and split ends. I have noticed that my hair feels stronger and more resilient when I use this.

U Beauty The SUPER Hydrator ($68 full price, $51 on sale)— Such a unique moisturizing product. The brand describes this as a moisturizer, though I think it has the texture of a milky emulsion. It’s a creamy fluid packed with plant oils, hyaluronic acid, shea butter, and peptides. I really haven’t tried anything else that feels quite like this. It cocoons the skin and creates a nourishing, comforting layer, especially good for sensitized skin, dry skin, and active skincare routines. This can be used as a moisturizer or as a hydrating layer under something richer.

Youth to the People Adaptogen Deep Moisture Cream ($58 full price, $43.50 on sale)— A delicious cream comprised of moisturizing ingredients like squalene, jojoba, and shea butter, as well as peptides and adaptogens. An excellent fragrance-free option that is somehow rich without being heavy. I’ve used and loved this for my oily/combo skin year-round, and I know people with drier skin types who love this too.

Other Youth to the People Favorites: the Superfood Cleanser, the Air-Whip Cream (for oily/combo skins), and the Dream Eye Cream.
